About
HabitSync takes what you log and tells you what it adds up to. Most habit apps hand you a streak counter and stop there. This one keeps going. Log your day, and HabitSync builds a picture out of it: where your weight is headed, and which of your habits your good days keep landing next to. WHAT YOU TRACK Habits, in whatever shape they actually take. A yes/no check-in, a number like glasses of water, or a percentage target. Each shape gets its own chart and its own streak. Weight, with a 7-day average so one heavy morning doesn't wreck the trend. Sleep, mood, and calories. Medications, scheduled or as-needed, in a medicine cabinet you set up once and then just tap. A FORECAST BUILT FROM YOUR OWN NUMBERS Every calorie formula is a population average wearing a lab coat. It's off by a couple hundred calories on day one, and it drifts further as you lose weight. HabitSync watches what your body does with what you eat and projects from that instead. You get a 60-day line, a goal path next to it, and a straight answer on how many weeks you're looking at. PATTERNS YOU WOULD NOT HAVE GONE LOOKING FOR HabitSync scans your last 60 days for connections between what you do and how you feel. Things like "9 of your 10 best mood days were gym days." It checks for lag too, so a habit that only pays off three days later still turns up. These are patterns, not proof. Bring the interesting ones to your doctor. That's what they're for. GROUPS, IF YOU WANT THEM Join a group with a code and compare progress with people you picked. Nothing is shared automatically. Your daily logs never leave your account, and you choose which summaries other members can see. Turn any of them back off whenever you like. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Export everything you've logged to CSV any time, no lock-in and no hostage-taking. Delete your account from inside the app and it's gone, along with everything in it. HabitSync doesn't diagnose anything and it isn't medical advice. It shows you what you logged and what it looks like over time. What you do about that is between you and your doctor. New in this version: • Setup now starts with what you want to figure out, like sleep or mood, and builds from there. • Today shows how many more days of logging until your first pattern check. • At day 7, 14 and 30 you get a card with what your logs say so far. • You can share what you found as an image. • Today no longer shuffles around while it loads. • Clearer notes on what the medication view can and can't tell you.
