Global Leaders Academy

The Global Leaders Academy app brings the whole Academy into one place — for families, for our teaching and administrative staff, and for our partner agents. Sign in once and you land on what matters to you. Parents see what their child has on today and what is owed. Teachers see their next class and the register waiting to be marked. Nobody has to hunt through a menu to find the one thing they came for. Access is by invitation. Accounts are issued by the Academy, and each person sees only their own information. FOR PARENTS AND STUDENTS - See this week's timetable and what is on today - Check attendance — present, late, absent, or excused - Read lesson reports, progress reports and exam results - View invoices and receipts, with the outstanding balance always in front of you - Pay tuition securely by online banking (FPX), debit or credit card, or Alipay - Download official letters and certificates when you need them - Read Academy announcements, and acknowledge the ones that need a reply - Message the school directly instead of hunting for the right phone number FOR STAFF - Your teaching day at a glance — next class, room, and which registers are still open - Take the register from your phone, in the classroom, in seconds - Look up a student and call their guardian with one tap - Approve leave and purchase requests without going back to your desk - Clock in and out at the door - Message colleagues, or discuss a specific student on the student's own record - View your payslips, leave balance and employment details FOR PARTNER AGENTS - Submit a student application from anywhere, including a photo of their passport - Send applicants their consent form and track who has signed - Follow every referral through to acceptance - See commission earned and commission paid BUILT FOR THE WAY OUR COMMUNITY ACTUALLY WORKS - Available in English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese - Designed for phones first, because that is where most of our families are - Works reliably from overseas, including for families in mainland China PRIVACY AND SECURITY - Every account is issued by the Academy — there is no public sign-up - All traffic is encrypted - Parents see their own children and nothing else - Card and bank details are handled entirely by our payment providers and are never stored by the Academy Global Leaders Academy is an international language school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
