Posfront Studio is free booking, scheduling and bookkeeping software for independent beauty professionals, including hairstylists, braiders, wig makers, lash artists and nail technicians. BOOKINGS IN ONE PLACE Share your personal booking link so clients can request a service and time. Review requests, manage appointments and keep client details together. A SCHEDULE THAT WORKS FOR YOU Set working hours, booking limits, advance notice and days off. Switch between day, week and month views, search your calendar, and manage appointment changes. CLEAR PAYMENT RECORDS Record cash and bank-transfer payments, track deposits and outstanding balances, and see payment history alongside each appointment. Review money collected, expenses and monthly summaries, and share monthly ledger data in CSV format. OPTIONAL CARD PAYMENTS Choose whether your studio accepts cards in Settings > Payment settings. When enabled, connect Stripe for online service deposits or record a card payment already collected elsewhere. Recording a payment does not charge a card. When cards are turned off, new card-payment and Stripe setup options are hidden. Historical payment records remain available.
