Connect Google Calendar or Outlook and your teaching week is already in the app. ClassFlo reads your events, matches them to your students by name, and turns each one into a lesson. When a lesson's end time passes it marks itself complete, and that student's balance comes down by one. CALENDAR SYNC Google Calendar or Outlook, and you choose which calendar is read. Or keep your timetable in ClassFlo itself and connect a calendar later — nothing is lost either way. STUDENTS One record per student: their subjects, their lesson history, and exactly how many lessons they have left. No more scrolling a spreadsheet to check. PACKAGES Sell a block of lessons. Each completed lesson comes off the count on its own, so a renewal announces itself instead of catching you out. PAYMENTS Take payment for lesson packages through Stripe, into a Stripe account that belongs to you. ClassFlo never holds your money and never sees a card number. CLIENT PORTAL Give a student or their parent an access code and they can see their own lessons, what they have left, and buy their next package. You control that access and can turn it off whenever you want.
