KeyProof

KeyProof is move-in documentation, done right. Walk each room. Snap the crack in the tile, the scuff on the wall, the outlet that doesn't work. Flag it as pre-existing damage. Add a voice note explaining what the photo shows. When you're done, sign with your finger. KeyProof turns everything into a timestamped, signed PDF — the receipt that gets your deposit back when you move out. For tenants. Whether your property manager sent you an invite code or you're documenting on your own, the flow is the same: walk each room, capture what matters, sign, and send. The report lands in your Files tab, ready to email your landlord today or pull up three years from now for a deposit dispute. For property managers. Send tenants a KeyProof invite code by text or email. They walk their new unit inside the KeyProof app or from the link on any device. You get the signed report back in your dashboard the moment they finish — no chasing paper, no back-and-forth email, no scanning phone photos into a PDF at 11pm. What each walkthrough captures: • Room-by-room photos and video, timestamped and captioned • Voice notes transcribed on-device so you can search them later • Pre-existing damage flags, grouped into their own summary section • A signed, tamper-evident record with a document ID on every page • A permanent copy in your Files tab (with sign-in) or in your inbox (without) What KeyProof will not do: • Charge you before you finish your first walkthrough. Personal walkthroughs are free forever. • Sell your data. We are ad-free and we don't share what you capture. • Force you into an account. Everything works anonymously. Signing in with Apple is optional — the payoff is your walkthroughs sync across devices and land in your Files tab. Permissions in plain English: • Camera and microphone open when you tap Add photo, Add video, or Voice note. Never before. • Speech recognition transcribes voice notes on-device. Transcripts stay on your phone. • Photos access only opens the picker you tap to import a shot. KeyProof is a product of Cedarline Technologies LLC. Made in the United States.
