Yastubo

Yastubo is the app for Yastubo members. Yastubo offers a funeral assistance and repatriation membership for Latino families. Sign in with your account email and password to manage your membership from your iPhone. This app is for existing members only: you can't create an account or get a membership in the app. Your account is created when you get your membership online or through an authorized sales agent or agency, and your sign-in details arrive by email. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP • Sign in with Face ID: turn it on to open your account without typing your password. You can turn it on or off in Settings (Ajustes). • Summary (Resumen): see your membership, its protection status, and your payment history. • Beneficiaries (Beneficiarios): review each beneficiary's details, add beneficiaries, and update their city and country of residence. • Contract and vouchers: download them as PDFs. • Digital card: add each beneficiary's membership card to Apple Wallet without leaving the app. • Subscriptions (Suscripciones): review your plan, your monthly fee, and the history of changes. • Telemedicine (Telemedicina): add the telemedicine add-on for your beneficiaries, book virtual consultations with our provider's physicians, see your consultations, and cancel them if needed. • Report a death (Reportar fallecimiento): notify us from the app to start funeral or repatriation assistance, or call us or message us on WhatsApp from the same screen. • Referrals (Referidos): share your link, invite other families, and follow the status of each referral. • Settings (Ajustes): update your phone number and email, change your password, manage your payment cards, cancel your subscription, and read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. GOOD TO KNOW • Yastubo coordinates assistance services with independent providers, under the terms of your membership contract. • Telemedicine consultations are provided by physicians of an independent provider. The app does not provide diagnoses. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. • The app shows no ads and does not track your activity across other apps or websites. • The app is in Spanish.
