About
Core workouts in 5–15 minutes, built around your week. Choose two, three, or four sessions per week and train with bodyweight or the equipment you have. Log reps, time and load, then let completed work guide your next session. A monthly or annual subscription is required. Current pricing and any eligible trial are shown before subscribing. A FLEXIBLE WEEKLY GOAL Choose two, three, or four sessions. There are no fixed weekdays and no streaks to protect. A five-minute session and a fifteen-minute session both count when completed. TRAIN THE WHOLE CORE Sessions rotate through bracing, resisting rotation, side stability, controlled flexion, pelvic control, rotation, and loaded carries instead of repeating the same movement every workout. PROGRESS FROM COMPLETED WORK Record the reps, time, weight, and effort you actually completed. Each exercise changes separately, so one good set never makes unrelated movements harder. USE WHAT YOU HAVE Build a session from bodyweight, barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine, or Tonal exercises. Choose one setup or mix several. BUILT FOR THE WORKOUT • 5, 8, 10, 12, or 15-minute sessions • Clear setup, movement, and safety guidance • Exercise library with 74 movements • Weekly calendar, history, and progression details • Optional Home Screen widget • Optional write-only Apple Health workout saving • JSON export • Pounds and kilograms PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No NovoBuild account, advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking. Training begins on your iPhone, with optional private iCloud backup and sync. QUOTA CORE is a workout-planning and logging tool, not medical advice. Use movements and loads you can control, and stop if something hurts or your form breaks down. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/Read more
