About
Tune by feel, not by sight. TuneCue is a chromatic tuner built around a simple idea: tuning is a physical task, so its feedback should be physical too. Instead of watching a needle or a dial, you feel a continuous pulse that tells you exactly where your pitch sits, sharp, flat, or dead center, through haptics alone. Play a note and TuneCue listens through the microphone, detects the nearest semitone automatically, and translates the distance from perfect pitch into a rate-encoded haptic pulse. The closer you get to in tune, the more the feedback changes, guiding you in without ever requiring a glance at the screen. If you want to look, the note name and cents offset are right there. If you don't, because you're mid-rehearsal, in a dark venue, or blind or low-vision, you never have to. TuneCue runs as a full standalone app on Apple Watch. Strap it on and tune without your phone anywhere nearby. It's also available on iPhone with the same haptic-first design. No string presets. No alternate temperaments. No accounts, no ads, no subscriptions, no networking of any kind. TuneCue does one thing, chromatic pitch detection with haptic feedback, and does it well. Built for musicians who want to tune with their hands, not their eyes.Read more
