Revel Sphere

Bring people together. Make something happen. Revel Sphere is where organizers plan the work, rally their people, and keep them coming back. One place for your events, volunteers, committees and projects. Free to join. About a third of first-time volunteers never come back. Revel Sphere is built for the second time, the tenth time, and the day they start running things. PLAN IT Create events, volunteer opportunities, shifts, roles, locations and capacity. Give people everything they need to sign up and show up. RUN THE DAY See every registration in one place. Check people in from your phone, scan printed signs, track attendance, and keep going when the Wi-Fi doesn't. GIVE YOUR GROUP A HOME Create a Sphere for your group, project or committee. Events, tasks, meetings, conversations, resources and roles, all in one shared space. Add sub-Spheres for committees and programs. GROW YOUR PEOPLE Set up standing roles people can claim, pause or hand off. Give regulars something to own, and give newcomers a reason to come back. SHOW WHAT YOU DID Attendance and volunteer hours captured as the work happens. A clear picture of what your community accomplished, ready when someone asks. A CHIEF OF STAFF FOR EVERY SPHERE YOU LEAD Your AI partner tracks what's moving, what's coming up and what's slipping, across every Sphere you run. It suggests next steps. You decide. KEEP EVERYONE IN RHYTHM Updates and reminders people actually read, without another noisy group chat. START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE No big organization required. Three people and a garden count. Bring people together. Make something happen. Free to join. Always.
