About

Your child's teacher already told you their reading level. AVI M3. Grade 2. Reading level L3. Most "educational" apps ignore that number and hand every kid the same content. Lexikon doesn't. Lexikon is a reading app built around one idea: articles pitched exactly at the level your kid reads at right now, in the language(s) they're actually learning to read in — not generic "ages 6-8" content, not gamified filler, not video. WHAT'S INSIDE Hundreds of encyclopedia-style articles and hands-on project guides, written from scratch at real graded reading levels, across five languages: • Dutch — AVI M1 to M4 • Turkish — levels 1 to 5 • Danish — Trin 1 to 4 • Spanish — leveled L1 to L4 • English — leveled L1 to L4 Topics range from animals and the water cycle to black holes, DNA, the Cold War, and how AI actually works — real subject matter, written down to a specific reading level, not dumbed down into a different app for every age. Every article ends with two talking-point questions, so reading turns into a two-minute conversation at the dinner table instead of a silent screen. BUILT FOR TWO-LANGUAGE HOUSEHOLDS Raising a bilingual reader? Lexikon supports two active languages at once — Spanish and English, Turkish and Dutch, whatever your household actually speaks — each with its own independent reading level. Your child doesn't get bumped down to "beginner" in their stronger language just because they're still catching up in the other one. NO ADS. NO ACCOUNTS. There's no sign-up, no profile, no email address collected — ever. No ads shown to your kid, personalized or otherwise. Nothing about your child is sold or shared with advertisers. Compare that to the reading apps you've already tried: independent reviewers have flagged well-known "free" kids' reading apps for showing personalized ads to children or selling parent account data to ad networks. Lexikon has no accounts to sell data from in the first place. OFFLINE BY DESIGN Articles download once and stay on the device — no connection required to read on a flight, at a cabin, or when you've (sensibly) turned the WiFi off. No autoplay, no infinite feed, no notifications trying to pull your kid back in beyond a single optional daily reading reminder. READING STREAKS THAT REWARD ACTUAL READING Track progress by category and build a reading streak — the reward is finishing another real article, not unlocking a cartoon or a spin-the-wheel prize. FREE TO START Every language includes 10 full articles free, no payment info required. After that, Lexikon Premium unlocks unlimited reading in every language your family uses: • Monthly — $0.99/month • Annual — $4.99/year • Lifetime — $14.99 one-time, yours forever All three plans work with Family Sharing, so one purchase covers the whole household. New articles publish every month in every language you read — this isn't a fixed library you'll exhaust in a weekend. — Subscription Terms: Lexikon Monthly ($0.99/month) and Lexikon Annual ($4.99/year) are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings; no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period. Lexikon Lifetime ($14.99) is a one-time, non-renewing purchase.
