Cartracker – Körjournal

Cartracker is the driver's part of your company's digital mileage log. Trips are recorded automatically by the GPS unit in the car. You only have to answer one question: was the trip for business, private, or between home and work? Three large buttons, one tap, done. HOW IT WORKS • New trips appear in the app shortly after you park • Choose the type of trip — business, private, or commute • If the trip ends at one of the company's workplaces, the purpose and the place visited are filled in automatically • One reminder a day, at 17:00, if anything is left unclassified YOUR PRIVACY If you mark a trip as private, addresses and route are erased immediately. What remains is the date, the distance and the odometer reading — exactly what the Swedish Tax Agency requires for taxation, and nothing more. The erasure happens in the database and cannot be undone, neither by your manager nor by us. Under My account you can see for yourself what is recorded about you and who has access. That is your data extract, right in the app. WORKS WITHOUT COVERAGE If you classify a trip in a garage or a tunnel, it is queued on the phone and sent when coverage is back. Nothing is lost. FOR COMPANIES Cartracker requires a company account. Your employer invites you, and the account is linked to your trips at the first sign-in. Cartracker is a service from Telink PBX AB. All data is stored within the EU.
