LOCATION AND CONDITIONS When you request it, UAScribe uses the device’s current location or an entered mission address to retrieve FAA-published airspace and nearest public-use airport information, along with current National Weather Service observations. Results remain editable so the RPIC can document the conditions actually observed. OPTIONAL PREFLIGHT Use the default preflight checklist to record aircraft, site, airspace, and operational-readiness reviews. Mark items complete or not applicable, add notes, and include the completed preflight record in the mission PDF. The checklist can be disabled in Settings. BUILD AND LINK QUOTES Create customer quotes with reusable service descriptions and baseline rates. Customize quantities, mileage, discounts, taxes, scope, and terms. Link a saved quote to a flight, use its details to help complete the mission form, and optionally combine the quote and mission report into one PDF. TRACK AIRCRAFT Store each aircraft’s model, internal asset name, FAA registration number, and Remote ID serial number. Maintain straightforward service histories and operational-status records. PROFESSIONAL EXPORTS Generate clean mission reports and quote PDFs that include your organization name and optional logo. Empty optional fields are omitted automatically for a concise final document. Profiles, quotes, aircraft, maintenance records, and settings remain on the device unless you choose to export a PDF.
