IFTAX Driver

IFTAX Driver is the app your carrier asked you to install. It puts the paperwork side of driving on your phone, so the office stops calling you for photographs of things you already sent. Your day, on one screen Open the app and it tells you the one thing that needs doing now — respond to a dispatch, start your pre-trip, mark a delivery, or send a document the office is waiting on. No hunting through menus to find out what is expected of you. Loads and dispatch See the load you are on: pickup, delivery, appointment times, commodity, weight and the stops in between. Accept or decline what dispatch sends you, and move a load through its steps as you go — arrived, loaded, rolling, delivered. Documents Photograph a bill of lading, a rate confirmation or a delivery receipt and it goes straight to the office. Bad signal in a dock? The app keeps the photo and sends it when you have a connection again — you do not have to remember to try later. You can also see which of your own documents are expiring and what the company still needs from you. Fuel receipts Photograph the receipt at the pump. That is the whole task. Pre-trip and post-trip inspections Work through the inspection on your phone, note a defect, add a photo or a short video, and file it. Nothing is pre-ticked — what you report is what you saw. Pay See what you have earned on the loads you have run, and open your settlement statements when the office finalises them. Your pay is calculated when a load is delivered and does not change afterwards. Contracts and forms Read and sign what the company needs signed, from the phone, without printing anything. What you signed is stored exactly as it read on the day you signed it. Training Watch what your carrier assigns and mark it done. Three languages English, Spanish and Russian, switched inside the app. About location. The app reports your position only while you are working a load, only while the app is open, and only after you have agreed to it. You can withdraw that at any time. It is not a tracker for your days off, and it is not an electronic logging device — IFTAX Driver does not record hours of service and is not a substitute for your ELD. Sign-in without a password. Enter the phone number or email your carrier has on file and we send you a six-digit code. There is no password to forget. You need an invitation from a carrier that uses IFTAX.
