Seller Dispute Shield: Proof includes one free Proof. SUBSCRIPTION AND PRICING After the first free Proof has been used, an active “Monthly Proof Pass” subscription is required to create additional Proofs. Monthly Proof Pass: US$7.99/month in the U.S. storefront. The subscription unlocks continued use of the Proof workflow while the subscription is active, including creating additional Proof Sessions, organizing order/shipment evidence, and generating/exporting Proof Packages for sharing or recordkeeping. The subscription does not purchase dispute-resolution services and does not guarantee the outcome of any marketplace, payment, carrier, chargeback, or customer dispute. The displayed subscription price is provided by StoreKit and may be localized based on the customer’s App Store storefront. PURCHASE FLOW 1. Launch the app. 2. Tap “New Proof Session”. 3. The first Proof can be created without a purchase. 4. Complete/use the free Proof allowance. 5. Attempt to create another Proof Session. 6. The subscription screen will appear. 7. Select “Monthly Proof Pass” to purchase the auto-renewable subscription. 8. “Restore Purchases” is available on the subscription screen. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Users can manage or cancel the subscription through their Apple Account subscription settings.
