CertifyMe

CertifyMe is the evidence portal for students doing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with their registered training organisation. If you're an experienced tradie working towards a qualification, you already have the skills — CertifyMe is where you show them. Your learning plan lists every unit of competency in your qualification with plain-language guidance on the evidence it needs. Take photos and videos of your work on site, upload them straight from your phone, and watch each unit move from Not started to Ready for review to Competent as your assessor works through it. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See every qualification you're enrolled in and how far along each one is • Read what evidence each unit needs, with example photos • Take or upload photos, videos and PDFs as evidence — up to 1.2 GB per file • Keep your compliance documents (ID, white card, references) alongside your units • Complete your enrolment form and pre-training review in the app • Get assessor feedback and results as they're published Your evidence and personal details are stored in Australia and are only seen by your training organisation's assessors. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and there is no advertising. CertifyMe is provided by your RTO. You'll need an account — your training organisation sends you an invitation when you enrol. If you haven't received one, ask them.
