FairMile is the mileage log for people who use their own car for business-related driving. Trips record themselves. You categorize them with a swipe. And when the month ends, your mileage report is already written. TRIPS RECORD THEMSELVES FairMile starts the trip when your phone connects to CarPlay — and ends it when you disconnect. The app walks you through the setup, and you only have to set it up once. Between drives the app does nothing: no background scanning, no motion tracking. GPS runs only while you are driving. Missed one? Start a trip manually, or enter it afterwards. CATEGORIZE WITH A SWIPE New trips land in your Inbox. Swipe right for business, left for personal. Add a purpose — sales meeting, client visit, inspection — and it follows the trip into your documentation. THE REPORT WRITES ITSELF Every month FairMile collects your business trips into one report: date, route, distance, purpose and rate for every single trip — the detail a mileage claim has to show to hold up. Set your own rate per kilometer, or use the built-in standard rates, which switch from the high rate to the low one automatically once you pass 20,000 km in a year. FOR THE WHOLE COMPANY Create an organization, invite your colleagues, and let them submit their mileage reports in one place. Rates are managed centrally, so everyone works from the same numbers. YOUR DATA IS YOURS You can export your trip data at any time, and you can delete your account from inside the app.
