Place and receive calls using your firm's Pigeon number, keep recent and missed calls organized, and review each completed call while the details are still fresh. Add notes, mark calls billable or non-billable, and associate calls with open matters. Firms that connect Clio Manage can import clients and matters and sync reviewed call activity without replacing Clio as the source of truth for practice-management data. Anyone eligible in the United States can sign up at https://pigeon.bluecipherit.com/signup — create an account, choose Solo or Firm, subscribe, and activate a firm phone number. A paid Pigeon subscription and active firm number are required for calling. Pigeon is not an emergency-calling replacement; 911 hands off to the device Phone app.
