Use Polaris to: - View authorized Matters, lifecycle information, and activity. - Open and download official documents and linked files. - Continue private Matter conversations and share permitted attachments. - Message a lawyer asynchronously when you need help. Replies are not immediate. - Review authorized financial history without making payments in the app. - Use Polaris AI for general information, with streaming, Stop, and reporting controls. AI output is not legal advice. - Contact Support, manage your profile and preferences, and control your account. Clients can export their data and delete their account in-app after reauthentication. Lawyers can request account deletion through Support. Access is limited to verified users and the Matters and files they are authorized to view. Polaris Technology Inc. provides the software platform and is not a law firm. Legal services are provided by an independent partner law firm under separate engagement terms.
