FocusShift Mobile

FocusShift is a powerful enterprise workforce management platform designed specifically for security guards, field officers, and active-duty shift workers. Paired with our comprehensive SaaS web portal, the FocusShift mobile app ensures that your field teams are accountable, safe, and entirely focused on the job at hand. Say goodbye to unverified timesheets and on-the-job smartphone distractions. FocusShift streamlines the workday from the moment an officer arrives on site until their shift ends. Key Features: - Geofenced Check-Ins: Ensure your team is exactly where they need to be. Staff can only clock in or out when they are physically inside the employer-designated GPS work zone. - Distraction-Free Duty Mode: When a shift begins, FocusShift’s strict duty mode shields access to social media, video streaming, and gaming apps—ensuring 100% focus on the environment while keeping essential communication tools (like phone calls and messaging) fully accessible. - Accurate Time & Break Management: Easily track shift punctuality and log mandatory meal breaks with built-in countdown timers. - Battery-Optimized Backgrounding: Designed to survive 12-hour shifts. Officers can lock their screens and preserve battery life without triggering false absence alarms. - Real-Time Push Notifications: Receive instant updates, shift reminders, and critical alerts directly from the employer dashboard. Note: The FocusShift mobile app is an enterprise companion tool. A FocusShift SaaS employer account is required to generate company codes and schedule shifts.
