Fixfly Pro

Fixfly Pro is the field app for Fixfly, the maintenance system used by hotels, restaurants, betting shops and other venues that have to keep things working. When something breaks, staff report it by scanning a QR code on the wall. Fixfly Pro is where the technicians and dispatchers pick it up. FOR TECHNICIANS - See the jobs assigned to you, with the venue and room already filled in - Accept a job, or decline it with a reason, so dispatch always knows where it stands - Attach photos from the camera or your library to document a fault and record the repair - Message the dispatcher about a specific ticket without leaving the job - Work offline: a resolve queued with no signal is sent the moment you are back online FOR DISPATCHERS - Review incoming faults and forward them to the right technician - See who is available, who is on a break and who already has work - Get a suggestion based on the trade the fault actually needs BUILT FOR THE JOB - Push notifications when a job is assigned to you, in your own language - Face ID, Touch ID or a PIN to unlock the app quickly - Croatian, English and German throughout Fixfly Pro is for companies that already use Fixfly.
