Altyn-Market

Altyn Market delivers fresh groceries from the Altyn Orda market across Almaty. YOU PAY FOR WHAT WENT INTO THE ORDER Groceries are sold by weight, so nobody knows the exact total in advance. At checkout we hold the estimated amount on your card, a picker collects the order, and only what was actually picked is charged. If something is out of stock, the total is recalculated and the bank releases the difference. YOU CAN SEE WHAT IS HAPPENING Notifications arrive at every step: accepted, packed, courier on the way, courier nearby, delivered. The order card shows how much was requested and how much was picked, line by line. ADDRESSES AND PAYMENT WITHOUT RETYPING Addresses are kept in a book, with suggestions while you type the street and a note that stays with the address for the courier. A card is saved once — the details are entered on the bank's secure page and never reach the app. FISCAL RECEIPT After the charge, the receipt appears on the order card and opens in the app. Nothing to look for. ALSO • Repeat a previous order in one tap • Favourite orders for regular shoppers • Russian, Kazakh and English • Support answers on WhatsApp Delivery across Almaty.
