Level Best

Quote the job before you leave the driveway. Level Best is a professional quotation tool built for trades people — plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, landscapers and small contractors. You measure the work at the customer's house, and instead of re-typing it all at the kitchen table that night, you hand over a finished, itemised quotation before you drive away. The job usually goes to whoever prices it first. PRICE A JOB FROM A PHOTO Photograph the work area and Level Best suggests the line items and prices them against your own saved rates — not generic averages. Adjust anything you disagree with; it is a starting point, never the final word. YOUR PRICE LIBRARY Save the work you do again and again with your real rates. Every quotation and every AI suggestion draws from it, so your numbers stay yours and stay consistent. SPEAK YOUR LINE ITEMS Hands dirty? Say "two hours labour at eighty dollars" and it becomes a priced line on the quotation. LOOKS LIKE A REAL BUSINESS Add your logo, business details and accent colour once and every quotation carries them. Save reusable templates and item bundles for the jobs you quote most often. SEND IT ANY WAY YOU LIKE Produce a clean US Letter PDF and send it through whatever the customer actually uses — Messages, WhatsApp, email or anything else on the share sheet. KEEP TRACK Mark a quotation Draft or Official, and separately as Sent or Paid, so you can see at a glance what is still open. Search every past quotation by customer name, phone, email, address or job. APPOINTMENTS Add the visit to your calendar with a reminder, straight from the quotation. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE There is no account and no sign-in. Your quotations, price library and templates live on your device, not on our servers. An optional Face ID lock keeps them private if your phone is handed around on site. LEVEL BEST PREMIUM Level Best is free to download and free to look around. A Premium subscription unlocks the working features: unlimited saved quotations, PDF export, sharing, AI photo pricing and voice input. Monthly, yearly and lifetime plans are available, and you can restore a previous purchase at any time.
