Decconn - Decorator

Decconn Decorator is the work companion for decoration professionals who fulfil bookings on behalf of their Decconn partner. Once your vendor adds you, every assigned job appears in the app with everything you need to deliver it on site. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your jobs at a glance — New, Upcoming and Completed, filtered by date • Open full booking details: service, add-ons, customer customisations and reference photos, venue address and notes • Navigate to the venue and call the customer through a masked line • Mark your status — En Route, Started — as the job progresses • Work through the on-site setup checklist step by step • Verify Start and End OTPs with the customer to confirm arrival and completion • Upload before/after proof photos to complete the job • Get instant notifications for new assignments and updates • Reach help fast with SOS & quick actions, and report an on-site issue with photos • Manage your profile, KYC details and app permissions STAR DECORATOR Lead decorators (Star Decorators) drive the job steps — collecting OTPs and uploading proof — while team members stay in sync throughout. Decconn Decorator is intended for approved decorators working with a Decconn partner. You'll need an invitation from your vendor to get started.
