OneTapHost is the cleaning-operations app for short-term rentals and vacation homes. It brings cleanings, staff scheduling, time-off, property maintenance and the real-time status of every home into one place — for the manager and the cleaning team, on their phones. Features: • Homes & real-time status — free, occupied, awaiting, cleaning, ready. Optional physical one-tap buttons installed in each home. • Cleanings — what to clean today, per home, assigned to staff and marked done. • Occupancy map — bookings (Airbnb/Booking iCal) on a per-home timeline. • Weekly schedule — staff × day, with days off and holidays. • Time-off — request and approve days off, holidays and sick leave. • Maintenance — report issues with photos, urgency, due date and assignee. • Team — the manager creates access accounts and manages permissions. • Push notifications — event alerts and assigned maintenance. • 5 languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German. Accounts are created by the operation's manager — there is no public sign-up. The physical buttons are optional; the app works without them.
