Delivery-partner tools unlock only for staff accounts issued by Pench and are not visible to customers: • GPS-guided navigation with turn-by-turn routing to each stop • Digital bottle ledger tracking bottles delivered and empties collected • QR verification for instant delivery confirmation at the door • Proof of delivery with in-app photos and notes • Live sync with the distribution hub for route changes and delays LOCATION USE For delivery-partner accounts, Pench uses location in the background during an active trip so the hub can monitor route progress and customers can watch their delivery arrive. Background tracking starts when a partner begins a trip and stops when the trip is marked complete. Customer accounts do not use background location. Continued use of GPS in the background can decrease battery life. Start your morning with dairy you can actually trace back to the farm.
