ExoCortex Meeting Helper

ExoCortex turns spoken meetings and voice notes into a live transcript, running summary, and tagged facts you can keep. Point the microphone at a conversation (or use it for your own notes). Text appears as you talk. On a timer you choose, ExoCortex writes minutes: what changed, decisions, owners, dates, and open questions — not a dump of everything that was said. CHOOSE HOW IT RUNS • On-device — transcribe and summarize on the iPhone (Neural Engine). No cloud account required for these modes. • Your servers — connect self-hosted Whisper and Ollama on your network (for example Tailscale) when you want larger models. • Memory — optionally recall past notes and write only new durable points into your own memory server, so later meetings have context. Server modes talk only to hosts you configure. Tokens and API keys are stored in the iOS Keychain. There is no ExoCortex cloud login. NOTES Microphone access is required to record. Some modes need a Whisper, Ollama, or memory server you operate. Summaries and claim checks are AI assistance, not a legal or medical record. Works best on a recent iPhone; on-device models download once and need free storage. ExoCortex is built for people who already run their own AI stack — and for people who want the meeting to stay on the device.
