BayRivo

BayRivo helps residents in participating condos and residential properties share authorized parking availability with neighbors who need it. For residents looking for parking: • Discover parking made available within your participating property. • Reserve free parking or book paid availability. • Pay securely by card or Apple Pay where available. • View upcoming, active, completed, and cancelled reservations. • Cancel eligible reservations and track refund progress when applicable. For owners and authorized space holders: • View parking linked to your property membership. • Share authorized parking availability for selected dates and times. • Offer free availability or set a price for paid bookings. • Manage listings and reservation history. • Set up payouts through Stripe-hosted onboarding. • Receive eligible paid-booking proceeds once payout setup is ready. BayRivo is property- and invitation-based. Access, listings, and reservations are limited to participating residential properties and authorized members. BayRivo does not own or control the physical parking facilities. Property, condominium, HOA, and posted parking rules continue to apply. Verified accounts, property-scoped access, server-authoritative parking assignments, and secure payment processing help keep the experience organized and reliable. Availability and features may vary by participating property.
