MyMediaRemote turns your iPhone into a remote for MyMediaPlayer, the high-resolution audio player for Apple TV. No more hunting for the living-room remote: see what's playing, skip tracks and browse your music right from your iPhone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See what's playing: artwork, title, artist, album, plus technical details (format, sample rate, bit depth, channels — 5.1 is highlighted). • Control playback: play/pause, previous or next track, skip back or forward 15 seconds, precise scrubbing on the progress bar. • Adjust MyMediaPlayer's audio gain from −9 to +9 dB. • Browse the library shown on the Apple TV — Jellyfin, Plex, Samba or UPnP/DLNA — and start a track with a single tap. SIMPLE AND SECURE • Your Apple TV is found automatically on your local network. • A 4-digit code shown on the TV pairs your iPhone the first time; after that it reconnects on its own. • Dark mode, background colors and animated wallpapers to make the app yours. PRIVACY MyMediaRemote collects no data. Your iPhone only talks to your Apple TV, on your local network. REQUIREMENTS • MyMediaPlayer installed and open on an Apple TV. • iPhone and Apple TV on the same Wi‑Fi network. • Local network access allowed for MyMediaRemote (asked on first launch). The slider controls MyMediaPlayer's software gain: tvOS does not let apps change the TV volume.
