FleetPunch is the driver app for the FleetPunch ops console. Punch every step of an EV trip from one screen, with the next action already open after each record. HOW A TRIP WORKS Sign in with your Driver ID and PIN. Take a free vehicle, then punch handover taken to start the trip. The Trip tab always shows what to do next — you do not go back and hunt for a station. The cycle covers: • Handover taken and handover given • Plant gate in and out, with plant name from master and a typed gate no (in and out can differ) • Charging start and stop with SOC • Destination gate in and out, with destination name and LR number • Trip papers (PDF, JPG, PNG) before plant out and destination out Destination in and charging can be punched in either order. Handover given releases the vehicle. BUILT FOR THE SHIFT The same trip as the control-room console. Timestamps, plates, and punch history stay on the vehicle. Reports show the trail for the day.
