Lindström CMMS

Lindström CMMS is the maintenance management app for Lindström Group's Arlanda laundry facility. It replaces informal group-chat fault reporting with a real system built around the plant's own floor map and equipment. FEATURES • Live plant map — the real Jensen monorail floor plan with every machine and rail switch pinned, color-coded by status. Tap any asset to drill in. • Fault reporting — report a problem in seconds, attach a photo, track it through in-progress to solved. • Preventative maintenance — scheduled tasks, cleaning routines, and step-by-step guided checklists per machine. • Inventory — parts tracking with shelf location, quantity, and CSV export. • Shift scheduling — coverage timeline, assignments, and rotation. • Team chat — in-app messaging with photos, scoped to your team. • Role-based access — operators, technicians, team leaders, and admins each see only what's relevant to their job, enforced on the server. • Push notifications — get alerted the moment a machine goes down, a task is due, or a teammate needs help. • Works offline — the app caches data locally and syncs when back online, so a weak signal on the shop floor doesn't stop you from working. This is an internal tool: accounts are created by plant administrators for Lindström staff only. It is not a public/consumer app.
