EQ Dojo is a private practice space for difficult human conversations. Practice realistic, emotionally complex situations with expressive AI characters and discover words that feel true to you. Type your response or speak it, listen to the character reply aloud, and watch the conversation's emotional dynamics shift as you practice listening, curiosity, honesty, repair, naming an emotion, supporting someone's agency, and holding a boundary. There is no single perfect answer, and nothing here scores your emotional intelligence. Saying a hard thing kindly counts. So does holding a boundary the character does not want to hear. So does ending a conversation that isn't going anywhere — EQ Dojo records that as practice too, because it usually is. Every conversation closes on reflection prompts rather than a verdict. Your conversations stay on your device. They are sent to generate the character's reply and are never stored on our servers, unless you choose to report a message. EQ Dojo is for skills practice and is not therapy, crisis support, diagnosis, or a replacement for professional care. New players get three days of full access.
