Prazo

Prazo turns a messy syllabus into a calm, managed plan. Upload a course syllabus as a PDF or Word document and Prazo reads it for you — pulling out each assignment, exam, and meeting with its due date and grade weight, and preparing a draft you review before anything is saved. Or just say it. Describe an assignment, a meeting, or a new course out loud and Prazo turns your words into a structured draft you can edit and confirm. Speech is transcribed on your device; only the transcript is sent for one-time structuring, and audio is never uploaded or stored. Then open Today. Daily Focus looks across everything you are carrying — deadlines, grade weight, effort, and progress — and tells you what to work on now, not just what happens to be due. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Import a syllabus from PDF or Word and review the extracted work before it lands in your plan • Capture assignments, meetings, and courses by voice • See a Today view with active, overdue, and due-soon counts at a glance • Track assignments by course, due date, grade weight, and progress • See your term in a month calendar and bring in class and meeting times • Get a reminder before something is due WHO IT IS FOR Prazo is designed first for graduate and professional students managing demanding course loads, and works just as well for undergraduates who want one clear place for everything they owe. Prazo is free to start. Every new account includes 30 days of Pro features at no cost, with no purchase required. After that, the free plan keeps two courses active, with syllabus import, voice capture, and Daily Focus in smaller monthly amounts. PRAZO PRO Prazo Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or annually. It removes the course limit and adds transcript import and the weekly review. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
