DICTATION Record between cases or in the car. The note lands in the same workspace as everything else. WHY THE NUMBERS HOLD UP RVUs and NCCI edits are not generated by a language model. They resolve deterministically from typed, point-in-time CMS tables — PFS RVU, NCCI PTP, MUE, and add-on files — loaded through a fail-closed pipeline. If a value isn't in the loaded data, the app tells you it's unresolved. It never invents a number. Code descriptors and coding guidance are retrieved from source material and shown with their citations, so you can check the reasoning instead of trusting it.
