See explainable pay estimates Each amount breaks down to hours, multipliers, breaks, and rounding. You control the rules—base rate, night rate, weekend rate, overtime threshold, and stacking policy. 4. Compare with actual pay When payday comes, enter what you actually received. RotaLens shows the difference and lets you export a redacted review sheet to discuss with your manager.
