About
Floor it down the desert road, hit the ramp, and see how far you can fly. Overdrive Ascent is a launch-and-fly game. Upgrade to go further and reach distance milestones! Your first run barely clears the water tower on the edge of town. Every run earns cash, every upgrade takes you further, and every new part changes how your car flies. LAUNCH, FLY, UPGRADE, REPEAT • Hold BOOST to build speed down the road and hit the ramp. • Tilt your nose in the air to hold a glide, or spin it for flips. • Land clean to keep your speed, then cash in your distance, airtime and tricks. • Spend it in the garage and go again. Runs take seconds at first and grow into minutes-long flights. A CAR THAT EVOLVES Start with a beat-up hatchback and upgrade the engine, gearbox, ramp and tires. Keep flying and new tech reveals itself: aero shells, nitro, real aircraft wings, gliders and stranger things beyond. Every upgrade you bolt on shows up on the car. MASTER THE SKY • Ride wind currents. Enter one lined up with your flight and it hurls you forward. • Chain flips for combo coins and a speed boost on landing. • Deploy your glider inside a current or an updraft and the effect multiplies. Timing it is the biggest skill in the game. • Fly through speed rings, grab fuel and coin packs, and dodge turbulence. • Share the sky with pigeons, eagles, geese and more. Hit them and you'll lose speed, but a glowing pegasus is worth chasing. A WORLD WORTH FLYING THROUGH Hand-drawn 16-bit pixel art in a sunset desert palette. Pass real landmarks along the route, from the Rust Creek water tower to the Great Buddha, and collect each one in your landmark gallery. The sky keeps changing the higher you climb. SOUND THAT FOLLOWS YOU UP An adaptive soundtrack shifts with your altitude, and the engine roar and rushing wind thin out as the air does. MADE FOR PLAYING YOUR WAY • Simple one-thumb controls built for landscape play • Three save slots, so the whole family can race to the Moon • Miles or kilometres, your choice • No account or sign-up needed How far can you fly? Contains ads. A one-time purchase removes them.Read more
