Primcast puts your hosting account in your pocket. Sign in with your existing primcast.com credentials to check on your services, your invoices and your support tickets wherever you happen to be. SERVICES Every service on your account, listed and ready to open. Each one shows its full specification, the management access you need to reach it, and its assigned ports. Request a live console screenshot to see what the machine is displaying at this moment, which is useful when something is wrong and you are nowhere near a desk. INVOICES See what is outstanding, and the date each service is paid through. When there is nothing to pay, the app says so plainly. TICKETS Raise a ticket against the specific service it concerns, read the full thread, and reply as the conversation continues. The number of open tickets is shown up front, so nothing is missed. NETWORK LATENCY Before you even sign in, the app measures real round-trip time from your device to each Primcast datacenter and shows it live: the same measurement our website runs, from wherever you happen to be standing. SECURITY Sign in with a passkey, with Google, or with your email and password, backed by two-factor authentication when you have it enabled. Your session is held in the iOS keychain.
