The MyCare for Patients is a secure, quiet space to connect with your healthcare team. We know that managing your health can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we built this app to make reaching your clinicians as simple and stress-free as possible. Face-to-Face Support: Join private video sessions with your doctors directly from your phone, whether you are on the couch or on the go. Help When You Need It: If you ever need urgent support during a session, you can choose to share your location so your care team can send help exactly where you are. Your health information is personal. We keep it locked tight with optional Face ID or Touch ID, and we never show you ads or track your data. To protect patient privacy and comply with healthcare regulations, MyCare handles accounts differently than standard apps: No Public Sign-Up: This app is an exclusive, invite-only companion tool for patients already enrolled at a participating MyCare platform. Your doctor’s office will provision your secure account and provide your access details.
