About

How long can you stay? Nomad Limit answers that on its first screen. You are in Thailand. Day 12 of 60. Leave by 6 November. Many day-counting apps make you look up your own allowance. Nomad Limit knows it, because it knows your passport. A Japanese passport and a British one get different answers in many countries, and the app gives you yours. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • It knows your nationality. Rules for 30 passports across 243 destinations, bundled in the app. Nothing is fetched while you travel. • It handles Schengen properly. The 90 days are shared across the 29 Schengen countries on a rolling 180-day window, and the day you arrive and the day you leave each count in full. Hopping between them changes nothing, and our results are checked against the European Commission's own calculator. • It handles two passports (Pro). Dual nationals are told which one to enter on. An Irish passport in Spain means no limit at all, not "90 days", and the app says so. • It says when it doesn't know. Every rule in the app records where it came from, and Settings shows the date of the data. Where a rule is unverified, the app says so and shows its source. Where we have no rule, we say so instead of inventing a number. • It counts for the people you travel with (Pro). Add your partner and children as separate travellers, each with their own passports and days. Or turn on Shared days and see who in your group has to leave first, without anyone sharing a location. FREE, AND STAYING FREE The complete, correct count for one passport. Unlimited trips, and we will never cap them. The map, your countries count, widgets, photo import and iCloud sync across your devices. PRO: BUY IT ONCE, OR SUBSCRIBE • Multiple passports, and which one to enter on • Extra travellers: your partner and children too • Shared days: see who in your group has to leave first • Automatic border detection • The planner: "Can I be in Italy 3 to 23 March?" and if not, the earliest date you can • Tax-residency counters: days toward 183 in the calendar year • Export your trips as CSV PRIVACY Your trips and passports stay on your device and in your own iCloud. No analytics, no tracking, no account, no server. Automatic detection saves the country, never your coordinates, and uses iOS's low-power significant-change and visit monitoring, never continuous GPS tracking. Shared days shares six things with the people you invite: a name, the country, days used, the allowance, the leave-by date and when it was updated. Never your exact location. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS Nomad Limit Pro is available as a one-time purchase, or as a monthly subscription with a one-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
