BodyOS is consumer software for personal record-keeping, planning, and coordination. It helps a user organize self-entered information, view summaries, and communicate with a human specialist. It is not intended for diagnosis, prediction, monitoring, treatment, or alleviation of disease. BodyOS is the app your BodyMaker provider gives you. It keeps a personal record of your body in one place and connects you with the specialist who accompanies you. YOUR DAY, ON ONE SCREEN The plan your curator sets - meals, movement, sleep, short questionnaires - arrives as a small list you can act on, move to another day, or say is not for you. YOUR PICTURE, KEPT HONESTLY Sleep, movement, heart and weight come from Apple Health when you connect it. Everything else comes from what you record yourself. Where a number is calculated, the screen tells you what it was built from, and when there is no data for today it says so instead of guessing. YOUR SPECIALIST, ONE MESSAGE AWAY Write to the assistant or to the people working on your program. Send a photo of a meal, a voice message, or a document straight into your record. WHAT YOU CONTROL Connect or disconnect Apple Health at any time. Withdraw consent, or delete your account and everything in it, from inside the app. Access is issued by your provider with a personal code; there is no public sign-up. BodyOS does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care.
