Naya Business: Appointments

Naya Business is the working journal of a venue that sees clients by appointment: a salon, barbershop, studio, gym or independent specialist. Open the app and you see who is coming today, at what time and to whom. BOOKINGS AND CALENDAR • Bookings by day: confirm, complete, mark a no-show, cancel, reschedule • A "waiting for confirmation" counter, so no new booking gets lost • Calendar: the day by staff member, or the whole week • Tap a free slot to book that time with that person • Walk-ins and phone bookings in a few taps • Block time for lunch, training, repairs or a holiday, for one person or the whole venue • Search bookings by client, service, staff member or phone number NOTIFICATIONS • New bookings, cancellations, reschedules and client messages arrive as notifications, so the app doesn't need to stay open MESSAGES • Chat with clients who have booked with you: answer a question, send a photo, offer a free time • Stop accepting messages from a particular client CLIENTS • Directory with search by name and phone number • Visit history, no-shows, total spent, active visit passes • Client notes: the things usually only the front desk remembers • Call a client in one tap from a booking SERVICES, STAFF, PUBLIC PAGE • Price list: categories, duration, price, order, visibility • Service options with their own price and duration • Staff: photos, specialisation, services, schedules, access to the app • Opening hours, address, amenities and photo gallery, all from your phone • A venue page in the Almaty catalog: clients book from a link, with nothing to install RECORDS OF PAYMENTS TAKEN AT YOUR VENUE The app does not take payments from your clients. They pay you at the venue (cash, your own card terminal or a transfer), and you record it here. • Till: who hasn't paid yet; record a full or partial payment or a refund • Shift or period report: takings by payment method, staff member and service • Visit passes: keep track of packages and unlimited passes you sold, visits left, check-in at the door by QR code • Payroll: each staff member's percentage of paid visits, and payouts you record REVIEWS • Client reviews and the venue's public reply ROLES • Owner, admin and staff see different things: staff see only their own bookings and no client phone numbers • One phone number, several venues, switch inside the app LANGUAGES • Interface in Kazakh, Russian and English SIGN-IN Sign in with your phone number: the first time you get a code in WhatsApp, then you set a password and use it from then on. SUBSCRIPTION The app is free to download. Running a venue on Naya requires a monthly auto-renewable subscription, available in the app through the App Store: More → Subscription.
