Elite Aces Athletics

Elite Aces Athletics, in your pocket. Everything you and your family needs for the season sits in one place: the schedule, who is coming, and the conversation with your team and coaches. WHAT YOU CAN DO A schedule that is always current: Every practice, game and tournament for your teams, as a list or a month calendar. Each event shows the start time in the club's own time zone, the venue and its address, and any notes your coach added. If something is cancelled, you see that too, along with the reason. RSVP in a tap: Answer going, maybe or not going for each of your children from a single screen. If you have more than one player, or players on more than one team, they all live in the same account. You can also see who else has replied, so you know what kind of turnout to expect. Attendance you can look back on: After an event, see who was marked present, late, absent or excused. Team chat to stay in the loop: A proper channel for each team, shared by players, parents and staff, with reactions and read receipts so you know your message landed. Announcements and push notifications: Club and team announcements arrive as a notification and stay in the app, so the important ones do not get buried. Notifications are yours to turn on or off. Your team, listed properly: The full roster in one view: players, coaches and staff, and other parents. So you can see who is on your team. Light and dark: Follows your phone's appearance, or set light or dark yourself. GETTING STARTED Your get a six digit team code. Enter it once and you are in. Following more than one team is fine: add them all to the same account. WHO IT IS FOR Parents and guardians, players, coaches and team managers, and club administrators.
