About
Most focus apps try to do everything. Kalm Point does one thing well: help you sit down with a single task and actually finish a block of work. Here’s how it works. Add a task — something concrete, not a vague “be productive.” Choose how long you want to focus (presets or up to three hours), and start your session. A calm visual journey tracks your progress. Optional ambient soundscapes play in the background if you want them. No microphone, no noise. Need a break? Pause. Running long? Extend. Done early? Wrap up and log the time. Every session ties back to a real task, so your focus history means something when you look at it later. On iPhone, your active session can show up on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island — a quick glance at how much time is left without opening the app. Over time, you’ll see your total focus time, day streak, and completed tasks on your profile. The Achievements tab marks milestones as your practice builds. It’s not about grinding badges. It’s about noticing that you’re showing up. Kalm Point is designed to feel quiet. No cluttered dashboards. No endless settings. Just you, one intention, and a timer. Sign in with Apple or Google to sync tasks and sessions across devices. If you have questions, visit calmpoint.app/support or email support@calmpoint.app.Read more
