Emberware

Emberware is the mobile admin app for operators running TV fleets in sports bars and betting shops — locations, devices and channels at a glance, wherever you are. The app connects to your existing Emberware operator account and shows the live state of your locations: which screens are online, where an incident is happening, and what is currently playing. VENUE • Every screen as a tile — showing what is playing, with a live indicator for matches in progress • Tap a tile and pick a channel or a match — video walls and portrait displays included • Speaker button in the venue toolbar: volume up, down, mute, pick the source (at venues with audio equipment) • Clear feedback when a channel change fails on the device TODAY & SEARCH • Today's matches with kick-off time and match phase — and the channels at your venue that carry them • Put a match on a screen with one tap • Switch Auto-Pilot on or off (Manager) • Search by team, league or channel FLEET DASHBOARD (Admin/Manager, under More → Management) • Key figures at a glance: devices online, active channels, total locations • Incident banner for locations with outages • Health overview per location LOCATIONS • List of all locations with online/offline status, searchable and filterable • Device grid per location • Bulk power for an entire location, by device type • Apply presets — roll out saved configurations with one tap • Sound control: pick the source, set volume, mute/unmute the location's AV gear DEVICES • Fleet-wide device list with search and filters by location, type and status • Change the channel right on the device — with channel logos, categories and slot selection for video walls • Power on/off, reboot, restart player • Multi-select: assign one channel to many devices at once, bulk power for the selection CHANNELS (Admin) • Browse the channel catalogue • Create, edit, enable/disable channels REAL TIME & SECURITY • Live updates over a persistent connection — status changes appear without pulling to refresh • Push notifications for location incidents — alert and all-clear • Connection indicator when the link drops, with a reconnect option • Face ID or passcode lock for app access • Every critical action (power, reboot, channel change, delete) is confirmed before it runs IMPORTANT: This app requires an existing Emberware operator account. There is no sign-up inside the app — accounts are provisioned exclusively by Emberware for its operator customers. Without valid credentials the app cannot be used. Emberware is used to manage digital signage and TV wall installations at sports betting locations.
