Bagzo Merchant

Bagzo Merchant is the shop-side app for grocers, butchers, bakeries and convenience stores that sell on Bagzo. It is for approved Bagzo partner stores — you will need an account from us to sign in. Everything a counter runs on during a shift, on the phone already in your apron pocket. ORDERS New orders arrive with a sound and a push, and you accept or decline them from the same Active list you are already working out of. Decline with a reason if you cannot fill it. History keeps every order you have completed. PICKING Work an order item by item. Scan a barcode to confirm you have the right product. Mark anything you cannot find, and propose a substitute — the customer sees a photo and the price and accepts or declines it before you are committed. WEIGHING For anything sold by weight, record what the cut actually weighed. The customer's card is held at the declared maximum when they order, and the charge is only taken once every by-weight line has a real weight on it. Nobody is charged for a guess. DISPATCH Packed orders sit in one list ready to hand to a driver, each with its pickup reference so you hand the right bag to the right person. PRODUCTS AND STOCK Your whole catalogue with search. Change a price or flip an item out of stock the moment the shelf empties, and customers see the change next time they open the store. CHAT Message the customer about their order — a substitution, a missing item, a delivery note — without giving out your mobile number. AISLES See your store's aisle layout, so you know the order a pick list will walk you through. Aisles are set up on the Bagzo merchant portal. PAYOUTS Set up and check your payout account through Stripe, and see whether you are ready to be paid. WHO THIS IS FOR Bagzo Merchant only works if your store is signed up with Bagzo.
