This is our app: somewhere to go when your head is loud, at 3am or on a Tuesday afternoon, whether or not you're ready to talk to anyone yet. No sign-up. No account. No adverts. Free, and it stays free. WHEN YOU NEED HELP NOW A red button sits on every screen. One tap gets you Samaritans, the Shout text line, your own safety plan, or 999 — no menus to dig through, nothing to explain to anyone. IN THE MOMENT • Breathe — box breathing, 4-7-8 for sleep, and a slower 4-6, with haptics so you can follow it with the screen off • Sounds — rain on a window, a log fire, slow waves, wind over hills and a low drone, mixed however you like. Keeps playing when the phone is locked, and has a sleep timer that fades out • Ground — the 5-4-3-2-1 exercise, one step at a time • Check-in — ten seconds to log how today has been, and a seven-day picture of it WRITE IT DOWN A journal that stays on your phone. YOUR SAFETY PLAN Written by you on a good day, for you on a bad one — your warning signs, what has helped before, who you can ring, how to make things safer, and your reasons. It follows the Stanley-Brown format used across the NHS. GET IN THE ROOM Free peer support groups across Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Newport Pagnell, Towcester and Bedford. No referral, no booking, no need to say a word. Turn up, have a brew, leave when you like. Directions and reminders are built in, and reminder notifications say nothing about why you are going.
