Help a parent with their Android phone when explaining a setting is harder than showing it. TapTapHelp on iPhone is for the family member providing help. To use it, first install the separate “TapTapHelp for Parents” app on the parent's supported Android phone. On the parent's Android phone, open Google Play, search for “TapTapHelp for Parents,” and install it. Either person can send a help request, but screen sharing and control begin only after the parent explicitly approves that session. What you can do • Pair with the parent's phone using its QR code or connection code • Send or receive a help request without starting a phone call • Start help while you are already talking by phone • View the parent's screen and guide basic taps and scrolling • Let the parent end support at any time with an on-screen stop control Designed for attended family support • Every support session requires the parent's explicit approval. • Live screen data and remote commands are end-to-end encrypted between the paired devices. • The relay does not store live screen or remote command content. • Password entry, lock screens, and other protected content cannot be viewed or controlled remotely. • The Android companion app's accessibility service is used only for screen sharing and input during an approved session. The Android parent app has no ads. TapTapHelp is not an emergency, medical, anti-theft, or unattended device-management service. Review important actions together before completing them.
