About
Plink World turns your kitchen and your street into a word game. Every day you get two words. One is spelled with things around your home. The other with things outside. You don't type the answers — you find them. Point your camera at something whose name starts with the letter you need. If Plink recognizes it, the letter stamps with the photo you took. FIND IT, DON'T TYPE IT Need an M? A mug works. So does a mat, microwave or mushroom. There's almost always more than one way to fill a letter. If you're stuck, Plink gives you things to look for and a hint telling you where you might find them. TWO WORDS, TWO PLACES The first word gets you moving around the house. The second gets you outside — where every find is worth double. Once you're out there, point your camera at the sky for a once-a-day bonus. After dark, the moon counts too. YOUR FINDS ARE PHOTOS Every letter keeps the photo you took. By the end of the hunt, your word becomes a strip of real pictures of real things — the actual mug, the actual tree, the actual weird thing you found for X. Finish both words and you've got a little snapshot of everything you found that day. BUILT TO BE FAIR Recognition isn't perfect, and Plink doesn't pretend it is. If it can't see something you found, try one of its suggestions or tell it what you see. Still stuck on a letter? Skip it and keep moving. You can always come back and replace it later. STREAKS AND STANDINGS Finish the day's words to keep your streak alive. Everything you find earns points, and Standings shows how your day went and where you placed — whoever finishes the day's words first is top of the board. NO SIGN-UP You get a name on the board from your first find. Change it anytime in Profile. Add an email only if you want to carry your account to a new phone. It's never shown publicly, and nothing is ever sent to it unless you request a sign-in link. Your photos stay on your device. Recognition runs entirely on your iPhone using Apple's on-device Vision framework, and the pictures you take are never uploaded. No tracking. No third-party analytics. No ad SDKs. Two words.
