TrackPod Driver

TrackPod Driver is the phone app for drivers who run deliveries through TrackPod. Sign in with your driver code and phone number. Before you start work, check in to your assigned vehicle. Depending on office settings, that can mean a Bluetooth scan near the lorry, or finishing check-in in DriverCare / TrackVision and refreshing status in TrackPod. Once you are checked in, you see today’s orders. Accept or reject new assignments, open order details, and follow the route and ETA on the map. When you arrive, take a photo of the delivery order (DO) with the customer signature or company stamp, then slide to mark the job delivered. Your location can be saved at completion so the office has a clear record. You also get push alerts for new assignments so you do not miss work while on the road. This app is for authorised TrackPod drivers only. If you cannot sign in, contact your office administrator.
