Tvarka Sign

Tvarka Sign brings eID authentication and qualified electronic signing to your iPhone. Use your Lithuanian identity card over NFC to sign documents, or approve sign-in requests from Tvarka and supported services. SIGN ON YOUR IPHONE Hold your Lithuanian identity card against an NFC-capable iPhone to create a qualified electronic signature. No separate card reader is required. Review the document before signing and keep the completed file on your phone. FREE PERSONAL PLAN • 10 qualified signatures per calendar month, free • Sign your own PDF documents and document photos • No Tvarka account or email registration needed • The allowance renews every month HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose free personal use and register your card using its six-digit CAN and signing PIN. 2. Choose a document from Files, take a document photo, or select a photo from your library. 3. Review the preview, approve access to your saved card credentials with Face ID or your device passcode, and hold the card against the iPhone when prompted. 4. Open or share the signed result. Find saved documents again in History. Card credentials are protected in the iPhone Keychain. The PIN is checked by the card and the private signing key remains inside the card. FOR MEMBERS OF ORGANISATIONS USING TVARKA SIGN If your organisation already uses Tvarka Sign, its administrator gives you an activation code or QR code. It connects the app to your organisation's existing workspace: • View cloud documents awaiting your signature • Send signing invitations by email • Use your iPhone as the NFC card reader for signing started on a computer • Sign with Mobile-ID when selected in workspace settings • Upload supported office documents and images for conversion before signing Signing invitations received from others open the secure web signing flow. Available methods depend on the invitation and document format. SECURE EID SIGN-IN When a supported website starts a sign-in request, the linked iPhone can receive a notification. Check the requesting website and verification code before approving with your identity card. EIGHT INTERFACE LANGUAGES Lithuanian, English, German, Estonian, Latvian, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian. Choose your language on the welcome screen before setup, or change it later in Settings. The language choice does not change which identity cards or signing services are supported. REQUIREMENTS • iOS 16 or later and an internet connection • An NFC-capable iPhone for identity-card signing • A supported Lithuanian identity card with valid certificates, its CAN and signing PIN • A device passcode for secure card setup and credential access • A Mobile-ID contract with your operator for Mobile-ID signing • An activation code from your organisation's administrator for organisation features The free personal plan uses Lithuanian identity-card signing over NFC. The app does not issue identity cards, certificates or Mobile-ID credentials. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertisements.
