Can you still stand on one leg for 30 seconds? Most people assume yes. Then they try it. Can You Still? sets you one physical challenge a day — the kind of movement you did without thinking at twenty and haven't tested since. Stand on one leg. Touch your toes. Get up off the floor without using your hands. Hold both arms overhead for half a minute. Then it actually checks. Prop your phone up, step into frame, and the camera watches your body do the move. No honour system, no tapping "done". You either held it or you didn't, and your phone tells you which. HOW IT WORKS • A new Impossible every day — the same one for everybody • A short clip shows you the move before you try it • Your camera verifies the attempt live, as you do it • Pass, and you unlock that day's champion COLLECT THE CHAMPIONS Every trial has an animal attached, and every animal is a small armoured hero. The Flamingo Steadfoot for one-leg balance. The Bull Ironknee for squats. The Eagle Widewing for the T-pose. Win one and you get a share card worth actually posting. All pose detection runs on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Nothing is recorded. Nothing is uploaded. There's no account, no sign-up and no server — the app works in airplane mode.
